Allows students to measure the pressure distribution in a convergent-divergent duct to confirm Bernoulli's equation.
DRAG FORCE
Allows students to investigate the direct and indirect measurement of drag on various shapes and to calculate and analyse the drag coefficient by different methods.
ROUND TURBULENT JET
Allows students to investigate a jet of air as it emerges from the end of a tube and analyse its properties.
CYLINDER MODEL
A cylinder model with a single pressure tapping point for use with the AF1300 Subsonic Wind Tunnel.
NACA 0012 AEROFOIL MODEL WITH TAPPINGS
A 150 mm chord 300 mm span NACA0012 aerofoil with pressure tappings for use with the AF1300 Subsonic Wind Tunnel.

A 150 mm chord NACA2412 unsymmetrical section aerofoil with 300 mm span and adjustable flap for use with the AF1300 Subsonic Wind Tunnel.

A flat boundary layer model to illustrate the phenomena of boundary layer development and separation. For use with the AF1300 Subsonic Wind Tunnel.

A model aircraft with low wing configuration for use in TecQuipment's AF1300 Wind Tunnel.
AIRCRAFT MODEL HIGH WING
A model aircraft with high wing configuration for use in TecQuipment's AF1300 Wind Tunnel.
THREE DIMENSIONAL DRAG MODELS
Five drag investigation models for use with the TecQuipment AF1300 wind tunnel - a streamlined shape, a sphere, hemisphere, "dimpled" sphere, and a flat plate. All the models have a 50mm frontal area for easy comparison
S1210 AEROFOIL
An S1210 profile aerofoil of 60mm chord for use with the AF1300 Subsonic Wind Tunnel.
WINGLETS AND END PLATES
A pair of two wings, one incorporating a raked winglet, enabling students to explore three dimensional wing theory.
Flutter Wing
An aerofoil suspended on springs within a frame, used to demonstrate wing flutter. The suspension positions of the wing can be altered, as can the angle of attack.
BOUNDARY LAYER
Allows students to investigate both the laminar and turbulent boundary layers on flat plates with rough and smooth surfaces.

FLOW ROUND A BEND
Allows students to measure the pressure distribution in a smooth rectangular bend via tapping points on the curved walls and radius.
COANDĂ EFFECT AND JET FLOW
Allows students to investigate the Coandă effect and a fluidic flip-flop (fluidics).
CYLINDER MODEL
A cylinder model that spans the full width of the working section of the AF1600S Subsonic Wind Tunnel.
NACA0012 Aerofoil with Tappings
A 150 mm chord NACA0012 aerofoil with 20 static pressure tappings.
NACA2412 Aerofoil with Variable Flap
A 150mm chord NACA2412 aerofoil with 590 span featuring a variable flap that adjusts +/- 90 degrees for use with the AF1600 Subsonic Wind Tunnel.
Flat Plate Boundary Layer Model Roughened and Smooth
A pair of boundary layer models with a mounting plate, also a pitot and a static probe for investigating boundary layer. One plate is roughened, the other smooth to allow comparisons on boundary layer growth.
Aircraft Model - Low Wing
A low wing model aircraft with NACA2415 profile wings for use with TecQuipment's Large Subsonic Wind Tunnel (AF1600S)
Aircraft Model - High Wing
The high wing model aircraft with NACA profile wings for use with the Large Subsonic Wind Tunnel (AF1600) is good for experiments with lift, drag and pitching moment of fixed wing aircraft.
Three-Dimensional Drag Models
A set of different shape models with identical frontal area to allow students to compare the different coefficient of drag for each shape. Includes a dummy stem for tests to cancel out the drag due to each model’s support arm.
SET OF TWO VEHICLE DRAG MODELS
A generic model van and car to allow students to compare the different coefficient of drag for each vehicle.
FLOW VISUALISATION
Allows students to ‘see’ the air flows around various shapes by using smoke fi laments. The shapes are viewed through a transparent window.
AEROFOIL WITH TAPPINGS
Allows students to investigate the pressure distribution around a two-dimensional NACA aerofoil that has 12 tapping points along the chord.

A multi-tube inclinable manometer for use with the Modular Air Flow Bench AF10.
THREE COMPONENT BALANCE
Supports wind tunnel models in the AF1300 Subsonic Tunnel and measures their lift, drag and pitching moment.
BASIC LIFT AND DRAG BALANCE
A two-component balance that measures lift and drag forces on models mounted in the AF1300 Subsonic Wind Tunnel.
THREE COMPONENT BALANCE
Supports wind tunnel models in the AF1600 Subsonic Wind Tunnel and measures their lift, drag and pitching moment.
MULTI-TUBE MANOMETER
A tilting 36-tube manometer for use with the AF1300, AF1300s, AF1450s and AF1600s Subsonic Wind Tunnels, other TecQuipment products, or as a general purpose instrument.
SMOKE GENERATOR
A smoke generator and probe for use with TecQuipment’s Subsonic Wind Tunnels (AF41V, AF1125, AF1300, AF1300s, AF1450s, AF1600s).
BALANCE ANGLE FEEDBACK UNIT
Compact instrument that fixes to the Three Component Balance (AF1300T). It measures the angle positions of models mounted in the balance and feeds the information directly to the Versatile Data Acquisition System (VDAS®).
DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE TRANSDUCER
Digital differential pressure measurement and display unit for use with TecQuipment’s Subsonic Wind Tunnel (AF1300).
32 WAY PRESSURE DISPLAY UNIT
A 32-way pressure measurement and display unit for use with TecQuipment’s Subsonic Wind Tunnels (AF1300, AF1300s, AF1450s, AF1600s).
