The FC50di is an ancillary for use with TecQuipment's FC50 2.5 Flow and Sediment Transport Channel, allowing you to clearly see turbulent and laminar flow lines around obstacles within the channel. The supplied dye is introduced via eight five injectors resulting in distinct streamlines highlighting the flow within the channel.
The apparatus is designed to enable students to visualise patterns of flow around various models and under different flow conditions. It can be used with other ancillaries supplied with the FC50 Flow Sediment Channel, for example the Venturi Sides, Sharp Crested Weir or the Broad Crested Weir.
